Community Outreach Assistant

Provide community engagement and outreach support to ensure effective communication between the organization and local communities. Assist in planning and implementing outreach activities, community meetings, and awareness campaigns that promote programme objectives and encourage community participation. Support coordination with local stakeholders, community leaders, civil society organizations, and beneficiaries to strengthen partnerships and ensure inclusive programme delivery. Contribute to data collection, documentation of outreach activities, and preparation of reports to support programme monitoring and evaluation.

• Coordinate community engagement activities and outreach campaigns
• Support communication between programme teams and local communities
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and community consultations
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and outreach activity tracking
• Promote inclusive participation of vulnerable and marginalized groups

• Diploma in any field (all disciplines welcome).
• No prior experience required; practical field training provided.
• Fluency in English; local languages are an advantage.
