Field Programme Assistant

To support the delivery of programme activities at the field level through coordination, monitoring, and community engagement assistance, the role contributes to effective programme implementation, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of intended results.

• Assist in implementing programme activities in assigned field locations
• Support coordination with implementing partners and local authorities
• Assist in organizing field-level trainings and community meetings
• Support collection of monitoring data related to programme outputs
• Assist in drafting field progress updates and programme summaries

• First-level degree in international development or social sciences
• Experience in community engagement or field-based projects is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 24-month renewable position
• Individual contractor agreement
