About This Role

To support procurement and supply chain activities through administrative and coordination assistance, the role contributes to timely acquisition of goods and services in compliance with UN procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing procurement requests and solicitation documents
  • Support vendor registration and supplier record maintenance
  • Track procurement cases and delivery timelines
  • Maintain procurement files and documentation
  • Assist in preparing procurement statistics and reports
Requirements
  • First-level degree in business administration or supply chain management
  • Knowledge of procurement principles
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
