About This Role

To support the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of programme activities by providing administrative, coordination, and reporting assistance, the role contributes to timely delivery of programme outputs, strengthened stakeholder coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations in support of the organization's mandate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and organization of programme activities
  • Provide logistical support
  • Maintain programme files and databases
  • Support preparation of progress reports
  • Liaise with internal units and external partners
  • Support follow-up on action points
Requirements
  • First-level university degree in international relations, development studies, public administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
