Protection Assistant

To support protection-focused humanitarian interventions through monitoring, community engagement, and documentation, the role contributes to safeguarding the rights, safety, and dignity of vulnerable populations affected by displacement and crisis.

• Support protection monitoring activities in displacement-affected communities
• Assist in identifying protection risks and concerns
• Support community-based protection initiatives
• Assist in documenting protection cases according to established protocols
• Support referrals to appropriate services

• First-level degree in law, social work, human rights, or social sciences
• Knowledge of protection principles and humanitarian standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to vulnerable populations

• 24-month renewable position
• Individual contractor or consultancy modality
• Work in challenging humanitarian environments
