Regional Protection Coordinator

To provide regional leadership and technical oversight of protection strategies, the role contributes to harmonized protection responses and strengthened protection outcomes across multiple country operations.

• Provide technical guidance on protection policy and programming
• Coordinate protection strategies across country offices
• Support capacity-building of protection staff
• Lead regional protection analysis and reporting
• Represent organization in regional protection forums

• Advanced degree in law, human rights, or related field
• Minimum 8 years protection experience
• Strong inter-agency coordination skills

• Frequent regional travel required
• 1-year renewable contract
