To provide strategic leadership on gender and protection mainstreaming, the role contributes to inclusive and protection-sensitive humanitarian programming.

• Lead gender and protection mainstreaming strategies
• Provide technical guidance to country teams
• Support gender analysis and reporting
• Build staff and partner capacity

• Advanced degree in gender studies, human rights, or related field
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience
