Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor

To provide strategic leadership in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, the role contributes to accountability, performance improvement, and evidence-based humanitarian programming.

• Lead MEL framework design and implementation
• Oversee evaluations and learning initiatives
• Strengthen accountability to affected populations
• Build capacity of country MEL teams

• Advanced degree in statistics, economics, or social sciences
• Minimum 7 years MEL experience in humanitarian contexts

• Regional travel required
• 1-year renewable contract
